Flyx Cut Privacy Policy

Flyx Cut has no account, no ads, no tracking and no analytics. Your videos are analysed and edited entirely on your iPhone and are never uploaded. We receive no data from you.
- Photos and videos: Flyx Cut only reads the clips you select and saves finished videos to your photo library only when you tap “Save to Photos”. Flight data from DJI subtitles (altitude, speed, distance, GPS) is used on the device for the overlay only.
- Camera detection: To suggest matching settings, Flyx Cut reads technical information from your video files (e.g. camera maker, encoder hints, camera motion data). This happens on your iPhone only; nothing is transmitted.
- Projects, ratings and feedback notes: stay on your device and, if iCloud Drive is on, in your own iCloud Drive (folder "Flyx Cut"). Only you and Apple can access them.
- Sharing: Only when you tap Share or Instagram is the video handed to the app you choose. Its privacy rules apply there.
- “More from Flyx”: The notes about other Flyx apps are built into the app. Nothing is counted or transmitted; a tap only opens the App Store, where Apple's privacy rules apply.
- Feedback by email: Only if you write to us do we receive your address and message. We use both only to reply.
- No purchases: From version 5.0, Flyx Cut has no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
You can exercise your rights (access, erasure, complaint to a supervisory authority) at any time by email. As we store no data about you, this usually only concerns emails.
