Flyx Cut Terms of Use

1. Provider: Julian Kratzer, julian_kratzer@web.de.
2. Licence: Use of the app is governed by Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
3. Free: Flyx Cut is free to download and fully usable. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no advertising.
4. Flyx branding: Every exported video includes a small “Flyx Cut” watermark (optionally with your @handle) and a short end card “Edited with Flyx Cut”. The branding cannot be turned off.
5. Music: Flyx Cut generates its built-in music itself. You may use it freely in your videos, including commercially and on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, without attribution.
6. Your content: Your videos belong to you. You are responsible for holding the rights to the footage you edit and publish.
